Our houseboat
in Amsterdam
We live on a House boat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands,
it is a ship that was built in 1909, then it was a sailing ship, the length
is almost 100 feet (29 meter).

Japanese Koi (nishikigoi)

It started with a little aquarium but now it
is a pond of 130 feet lenght and a huge amount of koi also a lot of goldfish
and some native species. The whole ecological system works in perfect balance,
four waterfalls, hundreds of indigenous plants and an ingenious home
made filtering system keeps the pond clear. to

Other Animals
Besides the Koi and the animals that lives in
the nature around us, we have a lot of other animals like rabbits, birds,
chickens and guinea-pigs. to

Since May 2006 a puppy called Murphy has joined
the family.
Here you can see Murphy with my friend Monique. Murphy is an Irish Soft
