Combination Cooler Dodge Power Wagon M880 W200 1976 Ramcharger pick up.
The combination cooler from (for example Summit) gives you extra cooling that keeps your engine and transmission oil at the temperature with minimum fluctuation (Combinationcooler - SUM-G4978), the system comes with a remote filter kit for your engine oil, it is a good idea to order an extra remote filter kit (SUM-G4980) for your transmission, you can put this transmission remote filter near your engine oil remote filter.

Tip:  Dodge Power Wagon M880 W200
Almost every extra cooler is mounted on your old radiator with tie-rips, this is not a very reliable way of mounting, in almost every case you will damage your old radiator and this radiator will start to leak, especially when you drive in the rough terrain the extra cooler(s) become loose, therefore make an aluminum frame connected to and within the front end, before your radiator, now you can mount the extra cooler(s) on this frame, in this case you can mount the extra cooler(s) with tie-rips on your new aluminum frame. Don,t forget to put rubber cushions between this new frame and the cooler(s).

Warning!! Dodge Power Wagon M880 W200
First read the instruction carefully, but above all use your common sense, follow the ins and the outs of the adapter (which leads to your remote engine oil filter) so engine out, cooler in, cooler out, into your remote filter, out of your remote filter, and back to the in of your engine oil adapter, the marks on your adapter are not correct with this package , the in and out are opposite, there is an one way valve in your oil filter, look carefully how the oil filter works,  screw the right type of adapter on your oil filter (there are more adapters in the pakkage for other truck brands, there is only one that fits Chrysler).
There is only one hose fitting/nipple  which you are able to blow through, that is the "in"let fitting, back to your engine, the other hose fitting (which the air comes out when you blow) is the outlet  from your engine oil, mark the fittings so you know exactly which nipple goes to the extra cooler and which hose from the remote filter goes back to the inlet of your adapter back to the engine, unscrew the adapter from your new oilfilter, screw the adapter to your engine and start to mount the whole system.

Important note!!  Dodge Power Wagon M880 W200
In the most likely situation when you are turning the engine with the starter motor, the oil pressure gauge does not indicate the pressure (40) within 10 seconds, even though you have filled the oil filters before with oil, in most cases there still will be air in the system, so before you let the engine run for real, first interrupt the plus wire leading to your ignition coil, you can do this by leading your plus wire some where into your cabin, mount a switch to this wire and lead the outcoming wire back to your ignition coil, if you then start the engine will not start but the oil pump will work, this avoids any further damage to your engine, you can also use this switch as a prevention for burglary if you put it in a hidden place, for example under your dashboard..

If you turn the engine with the starter motor (of course turn your new switch off, so your engine will not start, but your oil pump will work) and your oil gauge does not indicate 40 within 10 seconds, stop starting immediately, disconnect the hose from your outgoing fitting of your remote oilfilter, let someone else keep an eye on this outgoing fitting by keeping a small bowl under the fitting (or for example a plastic bag), the person in the cab turns the engine around by starting, as soon as oil flows out of the outgoing nipple, the other person gives a signal, stop turning around the engine, connect the hose back to the nipple and the person in the cabs turns the engine again, in most cases the oil pressure gauge will indicates now 40, if not, repeat the process, cause youre automatic transmission does not have an oil pressure gauge, also remove the hose of the outgoing nipple of your automatic transmission remote oil filter, turn the engine again with the starter motor and check in the same way if the transmission oil flows from the outgoing nipple of this remote filter, then you are sure that there is no air in both systems, turn your new switch on so that the engine starts and runs, at this moment you can make a double check that your extra cooling systems works, check again that the oil pressure gauge indicates 40, put your hand (beware of the turning fan) first on the engine oil filter, this filter will become warmer after a few minutes, let your help check this, at the same time shift through all the gears from the automatic transmission (of course keep your foot on the brake) so P,R,N,D,2,1 and return trough all this shifts, repeat this process several times, now your help can check if the automatic relocated transmission filter also becomes warm, then it is also time to check the fluid level of your automatic transmission, keep in mind that you need more transmission oil because of the extra cooler and the relocated filter with the extra hoses, add the oil in small quantities so do not overflow the system, better add three of four times a half pint then add to much oil, during the process of adding tranmission oil to the system keep on shift through all gears, when you also use a Deeppan (Summit: BMM-10280) you have to be aware that you even need more  oil for the system, while you are busy  to improve your cooling system, it is a good idea to put at the same time a Shiftkit into your transmission Summit BMM-10225 (for 727 Torqueflite). above

High Volume Waterpump Dodge Power Wagon M880 W200
This Milodon water pump is made from aluminum. The pump features new castings and is a direct factory replacement with OEM hose connections and bosses, this high-volume pump has a balanced distribution design (equal flow to both sides of the engine block), and a high efficiency impeller that increases coolant flow up to 30 percent over stock, these features increase coolant pressure in the block to prevent hot spots and air pockets, and improve coolant flow in the radiator, a high-flow thermostat is recommended when using a high-volume pump (Milodon, MIL-16250). above

Extra Cooling Power Steering Dodge Power Wagon M880 W200
Also your power steering fluid can be cooled, then use a rather small cooler, there are a lot of brands offering this, you can put this small extra cooler in front of your combination cooler, make your own choice, a small cooler is enough to help you to turn your 38" Super Swampers around. above
