Dodge W200 and M880 Deep pan
This pan holds to four quarts more fluid than the stock pan, to cut heat and extend your transmission's life, the aluminum pan has cooling fins to dissipate heat, the pan comes with magnetic drain plug, filter extension and gasket (BMM-10280).

It is a job which you worry about months before, but afterwards it was not so difficult, here are some tips that might save you a couple of hours. I used the BMM-10225.

In advance:

How to install the valve body
I have underestimated this job, I just put the valve body back to the transmission and inserted the park rod into to the hole in the rear of the case, apparently I did not read the installation instruction carefully because when I drove the first time (after the rebuild) shifting in P did not block the front wheels and I could not start the Dodge Power Wagon in P, ok, I had to remove the pan from the transmission (now you can see that the magnetic drain plug is very convenient) I shifted first in P, I watched at the lever that was connected to the valve body and noticed that the lever did not push the electrical switch that makes contact to the starter, if I pushed the lever a little bit further by hand and retried starting, it worked, then I looked at my shift pointer in the cabine above my steering wheel it did not point to "P", it was pointing too much to the left, I made my mind up and then I realized that I had renewed the cabin cushions and that the cabin was lifted regarding to the old situation, this changed the length of the levers, which caused this problem, I loosed the adjusting screw to the lever, and moved the lever a little bit so that the pointer in the cabin pointed to the exact location, I also watched the lever in the valve body and I noticed that the magnetical switch worked correctly, I restarted the engine and the starting problem was solved, pfffff

Fact was that the P still did not block the front wheels, I read the installation instruction again and I realized that the valve body was not installed in the correct way, I removed the valve body, according to the installation instruction you have to GUIDE the valve body up into the transmission, at that moment do not fasten the bolds, just hold your valve body steady in your hands and put the park rod into the hole, according the installation instruction you will have to rotate the drive shaft until the parking rod engages the pawl until you hear a click, I was very relieved when I heard this sound, at this moment I could not move the drive shaft any more, I still wonder why it has to be done this way, ok, than you have to align the valve body with the case and fasten the bolts, back into the cabin, restart the engine in N, the starter works and the wheels are turning, turn the motor off, restart the engine in P, engine starts and the wheels are blocked, finally this problem was solved, then mount the oilpan pan again, fill up the oil, loose the hose from the external oilfilter etc. see extra cooling, when I drove again to try the Dodge Power Wagon everything worked fine. above

Transfer case
The transfer case still worked fine, I only replaced the oil, be aware of the fact that you use the right oil, SAE-10W-30 is the correct oil, do not use differential oil (80/90), sometimes the clearance between the transfer case and the front drive shaft and some leaking oil is misunderstood, this could be caused by a bad seal, but in most cases it is the large nut, which is in front of the seal and which is part of the connection, to check this remove your front drive shaft, you will see the large nut immediately, is it so that the nut is loose, you can fasten it (do not forget to, mount your front drive shaft, joke) and make a test-ride again, if the leaking does not stop: you will have to replace your seal. above
